Agnieszka Parisse, Banking & Financial Services, Badenoch & Clark
Agnieszka has worked for the group since September 2008. After obtaining her Master's Degree in English Studies from the University of Warsaw, she relocated to Luxembourg in 2007 to pursue a career in recruitment. Initially she recruited professional service support staff within Ajilon Recruitment, and then transferred to Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg. She now specialises in providing recruitment services exclusively to financial services and accounting employees who work for, or want to work for, Trust and Domiciliation companies across the Grand Duché.
Andrew Notter, Senior Manager, Badenoch & Clark
Andrew started his career with Badenoch & Clark in 2004 building his expertise in accountancy and finance recruitment. In 2007 Andrew transferred to the Brussels office to recruit for the financial services market. In 2008 he moved to Luxembourg and now recruits mainly for the real estate, trust and private equity sector.
Angela Taylor, Senior Consultant, Badenoch and Clark
Angela started her career with Ajilon in 2006 as a recruitment consultant for permanent financial profiles, mainly specialised in insurance, fund administration, operations and client service areas. Angela is now a consultant, under the Badenoch & Clark brand, specialised in all profiles related to professionals in the Insurance field. Prior to Ajilon and Badenoch & Clark, Angela worked in Luxembourg in both the Insurance & Funds Industry, where she expanded her knowledge in both areas. Angela has been living and working in Luxembourg for the last 10 years after relocating from Scotland in 2000.
Anne-Sophie Pevergne, Finance & Accounting, Badenoch & Clark
Anne-Sophie started her career within Ajilon in 2007 as a Recruitment Assistant and in 2008 she made the transition to a Consultant. Since then she has built her expertise in the recruitment of financial profiles for industrial and commercial companies. She now works for the Badenoch and Clark brand.
Prior to her recruitment experience in Luxembourg, Anne-Sophie concentrated on her passion for horse riding, by teaching and competing for more than 10 years in France and Mexico.
Annie Burton, Executive Consultant, Badenoch & Clark
Annie Burton was the first consultant to be hired by Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg and has continued to build her expertise in the permanent recruitment of financial services and senior banking professionals. She started her career in the search and recruitment industry in Brussels in 1998 while finishing her studies in Business Management. Five years later Annie relocated to Germany and recruited into the temporary market in Luxembourg before joining Badenoch & Clark in the launch of its activities outside of the United Kingdom in 2003.
Aude François, Trust, Domiciliation and Financial Services, Badenoch & Clark
Aude has extensive experience in external recruitment. After completing her Master's degree in Germanic languages, she started her career in recruitment in 2003 in Brussels. She gained experience recruiting medical and IT profiles before relocating in Luxembourg in 2006. Prior to joining Badenoch and Clark in 2011, Aude worked in an international recruitment company for 5 years, where she focused on financial services. She is now part of the Financial Services team and specialises in trust, domiciliation and financial profiles.
Charlotte Pichot, Office & Marketing Manager, Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg
Charlotte started her career within the Adecco Group in 2006 as a Recruitment Counsellor, after completing a Bachelor in Public Relations.
For five years, she worked on recruiting temporary industrial profiles.
She currently works for Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg.
Prior to joining the Adecco Group, Charlotte lived and studied in Portugal, United States and Belgium, always improving her language skills.

Outside of work I spend most of my time at business chamber events and industry conferences, providing me with the opportunity to learn, meet new connections and enjoy the social aspects. I am Vice Chairman for the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg and I am also a Board Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AmCham).
David Kitzinger, Senior Manager, Badenoch & Clark
David is responsible for developing the Badenoch & Clark Executive Recruitment & Search division in Luxembourg. Before he has been the Country Manager for an international finance recruitment firm in Luxembourg for which he has worked for 5 years. In this period he has gained an expert knowledge of the Luxembourg recruitment market.
David has an education in commercial banking in Germany followed by university studies in International Business Administration in Germany and abroad. He has worked for 5 years in Strategy / Marketing & Sales Consulting in Frankfurt (Germany) before obtaining his MBA in Brussels (Belgium). His broad and international experience has enabled him to develop a thorough understanding of today's executive recruitment needs and requirements. David speaks fluently German, English and Spanish with a proficient level of French and has a passion for connecting people and travelling.
Emilie Monfort, Audit/Advisory & Consulting Services, Badenoch & Clark
Emilie discovered the recruitment discipline in 2007, during her successful internship within an international finance recruitment firm based in Luxembourg.
Thanks to this experience, she joined a listed specialised provider of employment services after having obtained her Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management. There, she built her recruitment expertise in looking for professional service support staff and finance specialists for a wide range of companies.
From 2010, she has dedicated her recruitment experience in the finance world with, initially, a strong exposure to the industrial and commercial sector within Badenoch and Clark. She is now responsible for the Audit/Advisory & Consulting division within the Finance Services team.
Emilie speaks French & English and enjoys running during her leisure time.
Karolina Gacka, Legal Recruitment Consultant, Badenoch & Clark
Karolina is a seasoned Legal professional with experience as both a practicing Lawyer and Legal recruitment Specialist. She has a Masters degree in Law followed by postgraduate studies in Company and Commercial Law, as well as postgraduate studies in Competition Law. She worked as a lawyer for over seven years in international law firms with a focus on M&A and competition law. Before joining Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg, Karolina successfully worked for a Polish Recruitment Firm focusing on Legal Recruitment for Law Firms. Karolina's native language is Polish, and she speaks English fluently, while her personal interests lie with equestrian activities and travelling.
Laur'anne Ollivier, Manager, Badenoch & Clark
Laur'anne joined Badenoch & Clark in 2009. She is specialised in the recruitment of accounting and financial profiles within the commercial and industrial sectors. Before coming to Luxembourg, she studied and worked in France, in the United States, in England and in Peru. Since 2004, she has been working in Luxembourg and started as a sales executive for an international commercial group. In 2006, she moved to the recruitment sector where she built expertise through the recruitment of experienced financial, legal and tax profiles. Laur'anne has a master's degree in industrial engineering and a specialisation in marketing and strategy.
Melissa Debeffe, Administrative Assistant, Badenoch & Clark
Melissa holds a Bachelor Degree in Tourism. During her internship in 2012 she worked at the Comfort Hotel in Harrow, near London.
Melissa has also lived in California as an exchange student in 2008 and 2009.
She is fluent in French and English and her passion includes travelling and the cinema.
Meredith Minnaert, Finance and Accounting, Badenoch & Clark
Meredith began her career in sales within the hospitality industry in Chicago, USA before relocating to Europe in 2008.
Before joining Badenoch & Clark, Meredith spent three years working for an international recruitment firm in Luxembourg, specializing primarily in banking, financial services and finance profiles.
Having studied in US and Paris, she holds a dual Masters degree in International Relations and Strategic Negotiations and is fluent in French and English.
Meredith is specialised in the recruitment of accounting and finance profiles for the commercial and industrial sector.
Robert Van Eijk, Recruitment Associate, Badenoch & Clark
Robert started his career with Badenoch & Clark in 2014 as a Recruitment Associate for the Executive Recruitment & Search division in Luxembourg.
He has worked in the recruitment and search industry in Germany and Luxembourg after finishing his second international business degree in The Netherlands and working as a Marketing Coordinator and Business Developer.
Robert speaks fluently Dutch, English and German and enjoys biking and travelling.
Saskia Van Rijswijk, Senior Consultant, Badenoch & Clark
Saskia is a Recruitment Consultant specialised in recruiting permanent Banking and Financial Services profiles. In 2001 she worked in the recruitment industry in Amsterdam, recruiting for the temporary market and also gained experience in an executive search company in the UK during two years. Saskia joined Ajilon in 2006, where she has been working on permanent recruitment, mainly in the financial and insurance sector. She now works for the Badenoch and Clark brand
Valérie Antoine-Potier, Banking & Financial Services, Badenoch & Clark
After completing her Master's degree in Foreign Languages and Business Administration in 2009, Valerie started working as a Recruitment & Research Assistant within an international finance recruitment firm in Luxembourg conducting extensive direct search missions and where she was promoted to Recruitment Consultant. She is now a Consultant at Badenoch & Clark and specialises in Banking and Financial profiles. Valerie speaks French, English and German.
