Andrew Notter, Senior Consultant
Andrew started his career with Badenoch & Clark in 2004 building his expertise in accountancy and finance recruitment. In 2007 Andrew transferred to the Brussels office to recruit for the financial services market. Annie Burton was the first consultant to be hired by Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg and has continued to build her expertise in the permanent recruitment of financial services and senior banking professionals. She started her career in the search and recruitment industry in Brussels in 1998 while finishing her studies in Business Management.  Chrystel Pacaud-Ronkowski, Senior Consultant
Chrystel relocated to Luxembourg and joined Badenoch and Clark in December 2007 as a Senior Consultant for the Corporate and Trust services sector. She started her recruitment career for a search firm in Warsaw in 1998. In 2001, she joined an international search firm in Poland which allowed her to deepen her experience in executive search as well as in outplacement and coaching. In 2005, she moved to set up an Executive Search for the company on the Polish market. Darren is the Country Manager for Luxembourg. He joined Badenoch & Clark in London in 2004 and relocated to Luxembourg in 2006. After serving in the British Army and completing his Honours degree in 1996, Darren began his career in an international recruitment firm, where he set up specialist divisions in both London, England and Sydney, Australia. He moved to another recruitment firm in 2000 and managed HR recruitment, career management, outplacement, and HR consulting across Australia and New Zealand. During his time in Australia, Darren was Vice President of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), Australia’s equivalent to the UK’s CIPD. Darren spends most of his time outside of working hours at business and network events in Luxembourg and is a member of POG, AMCHAM, Nobelux, Cercle Munster, HRONE and Paperjam Business Club, he is also a council member for the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg. darren.robinson@badenochandclark.com ^top

 Laur'anne Ollivier, ConsultantLaur’anne joined Badenoch & Clark in 2009. She is specialized in the recruitment of accounting and financial profiles within the commercial and industrial sectors. Before coming to Luxembourg, she studied and worked in France, in the United States, in England and in Peru. Since 2004, she has been working in Luxembourg and started as a sales executive for an international commercial group. In 2006, she moved to the recruitment sector where she built expertise trough the recruitment of experienced financial, legal and tax profiles. Laur’anne has a master’s degree in industrial engineering and a specialization in marketing and strategy.

Michele is a Recruitment Consultant, within the Financial Services Team. He joined Badenoch & Clark in Luxembourg in April 2008. Before joining Badenoch & Clark Michele worked as Recruitment Consultant in Italy, after completing an Honours degree in HR Management. Michelle joined Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg in January 2007 having previously worked in recruitment and client sales in London. Richard is the Head of Executive Recruitment in Luxembourg. He joined Badenoch & Clark in London in 2002 where he was responsible for recruiting into Investment Banking on a contract/interim level. In 2005, Richard re-located to Luxembourg. Upon leaving school, Malvern College, Richard played semi-professional cricket before joining HSBC in London.
