Function information
Your Responsibilities
• Work out agreement proposals based on BU guidelines by negotiating with clients and monitor its compliant application
• Liaise closely with customers and their Headquarters as to improve efficiency, communicate the Company’s vision and strategy and identify overlapping strategic points
• Identify risk and growth potential and monitor customer’s actual performance vs. budget in terms of key figures such as Sales and New Product Development
• Become an expert of customer businesses, targets, organizations, product requirements as well as service needs and inform the Senior Account Manager and Head of Sales accordingly
• Optimize the Company’s brands presence at the point of sale and ensure that their guidelines are implemented respectively
• Adapt forecast of sales volume, track and update trade spent status and plans as well as analyse and report potential deviations
Requirements
Your Profile
• 3 to 5 years of work experience (in a similar position)
• Excellent negotiation and customer management skills linked with a deep apprehension of commercial policies and agreements
• Fluency in English is mandatory, any other language is an asset
• Ability to work under pressure with a proactive and dynamic personality
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Strong Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office
