INVESTMENT RESTRICTIONS SPECIALIST
Luxembourg
To join a small investment bank in Luxembourg.
Your role will be to:
- Analyse the investment restriction norms on various prospectus and legal documents linked to the set up of funds (Sicav, SIF, …)
- Control the application of the legal limitations on investment
- Identify the issues and validate information on the existing systems
- Communicate within the team and with other departments
Your profile
- Degree in Finance, Economy or Accounting (bac +3 or more)
- A minimum of 2 years experience in investment restrictions
- Very good understanding of the financial composition and legal aspects of the funds
- Fluent in English and French
- Used to work with Bloomberg
- Analytical, rigorous, organised, autonomous.
