Annie Burton, Senior Consultant at Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg, currently has an opportunity for a
LEGAL AND FINANCE MANAGER
Luxembourg
To join an international company represented by a team of 2 in Luxembourg active in SPVs and portfolio management.
You will have as main responsibility the legal management and assist with the financial management of the European SPVs as well as the coordination of the legal meetings.
In addition, you will be offered to:
- manage the administration of the company and its branches
- collect and manage the accounting figures for the company and its branches
- take part to the set-up of new structures for upcoming operations, the valuation of portfolios and the follow-up of due diligence on acquisitions
- participate to the negotiation of legal documentation
Your profile
- University degree in Finance and/or Law
- Tax, corporate legal and contract law knowledge
- Very good knowledge of wealth planning
- A first experience of 5 years or more in structured finance
- Knowledge of banking and accounting operations
- Fluent in English, any other language (French, Italian, German) an asset
- Autonomous, commercial, good sense of negotiation
