Our client is a well established Private Equity firm that has exciting plans for growth in Europe.This is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience and take a leading role in the development of the Luxembourg office.
This position will report directly into the Finance Director.
The Profile:
• Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years PQE
• Ideally, Luxembourg experience in a trust and domiciliation environment
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good organisational skills
• Experience of running multiple work streams
• Able to meet deadlines.
The Challenge:
• Accounting, fiscal and legal maintenance of the individual Luxembourg entities
• Loans and interest calculations
• Preparing the quarterly and the annual financial statements, tax declarations and VAT returns
• Working with the Private Equity investment teams to establish reporting procedures between the company, its investee companies and its advisers
• Liaising with the local administrators, lawyers, tax advisers, external auditors and investment teams
• Ensuring company compliance in relation to Luxembourg compliance rules

• Able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical skills
Languages:
• English
• An additional European language would be an advantage, but not essential.
