We are seeking a candidate with general accounting and legal entity control experience to work in the holding company structure for a leading US multinational. This 9 month contract will see you manage the accounting holding company structures
The Role:
• Maintaining all accounting / reporting systems for the holding companies
• Monthly / Quarterly & Annual reporting in Lux GAAP
• Develop & Implement controls – such as SOX
• Manage Audits
• Tax management & Tax forecasting
• Managing the Quarterly & Annual Board meetings and legal documentation
• Manage external parties: banks, local authorities etc…
You must have:
• Proven track record in a similar holding structure
• Fluency in English with French or German is essential
• In depth knowledge of Lux GAAP (US GAAP would be beneficial)
• Available immediately
