The Opportunity

My client is keen to hire a strong candidate to reinforce its financial team for his new office in Luxembourg!
The Responsibilities
•You will receive inventory invoices and match the details of the invoice to goods receiving documents, and purchase orders
•You will receive service related invoices and obtain approvals for the invoices according to the Group’s authorization matrix
•You will record invoices into the Company’s ERP system ensuring that the accounting classification for the invoice is correct
•You will create the wire transfers in an on-line banking platform
•You will handle supplier questions about payment status and reconcile accounts payable statements where required
•You will assist with quarter end financial close including; identifying accounts payable accruals, calculating prepaid expense utilization and entering the associated journal entries
The Competences
Our Client is looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
•You hold an accounting diploma, or experience in a similar accounting position
•You are fluent in English
•You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a lot of change and many deadlines
•You had a similar experience within a high volume transaction (asset)
•You have strong excel skills
•You have good interpersonal and communication skills
