Reporting to the Global Marketing Activation Director, the Global Digital Manager will spearhead the company’s entire Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution (Website, Social Media, Content, Search, CRM/Email, Analytics) and will actively contribute to the success of the Marketing Activation Plan to grow acquisition, engagement, conversion.

Function information
Your Responsibilities
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Define and execute the company digital strategy to offer best in class customer experience (website, mobile app)
• Design and implement comprehensive online customer acquisition strategies: Define appropriate channels (SEO, SEM, Email, Display, etc), markets and target audience
• Website: deliver a world class website: design, content, CMS, Analytics and Architecture
• Mobility app:
• Social Media: effectively manage all SM platform to drive acquisition, consumer engagement and building a passionate community
• Content Development – working closely with the Marketing Activation Director, plan and develop an edgy, breakthrough content that gets attention & engagement in the Digital sphere. This includes Brand, Product, and Influencer content, content for the website, and web videos
• Analytics & Insights – continually measure, optimize and course correct Digital Marketing efforts as needed in providing timely and relevant insights derived from data to facilitate & improved decision-making
• Develop the Digital Team: Design, attract and develop a high performance Digital Marketing team (currently 2 people)
• Agency management: manage agency relationships to deliver best in class work
• Manage digital marketing budget and related global execution
Requirements
Your Profile
• Digital marketing: Deep experience (6-8 years) leading Digital Marketing with a strong track record of delivering breakthrough results in customer acquisition, engagement, conversion. Digitally savvy, on the forefront of emerging technologies (intellectually curious) Early adopter and thought leader of latest developments in Digital Marketing, technology and innovation
• Industry experience: Experience of premium lifestyle brands or modern consumer tech industry – with proven best in class Digital Marketing capabilities
• Leadership: Driver of projects and results. Takes initiative and acts with a sense of urgency. Outstanding influencing skills. Gets things done
• Strategic Thinking
• Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the credibility required to educate and champion the digital initiatives throughout the organization
• Project Management: making quality decisions and communicating effectively with key stakeholders in the business. Timely follow up, keeping and delivering projects on time and on budget
• High energy and resilience. Innovative, entrepreneurial and agile. Able to fit in a start-up environment (successfully managing ambiguity, risk. Intellectual and personal endurance. Results focused. Mature and self-reliant, able to work without infrastructure. Able to build relationships at all levels
