Your Responsibilities
• Participate in technology strategy formulation, implementation and planning in alignment with business priorities
• Work on, and possibly lead, designing architectural mappings and solution modelling
• Integrate IT systems into businesses for maximum effectiveness
• Assume project-critical responsibilities, develop strategic recommendations and guidance, and ensure the highest service quality
• Articulate issues and make solution recommendations
• Developing and managing project plans
Requirements
Your Profile
• A degree in business informatics, computer science or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Working knowledge or functional expertise in the financial sector
• Strong technical and functional skills in one or more of the following; digital innovation, cybersecurity, process modelling, design and implementation of IT shared services, change management, system optimisation, budget planning and forecasting, business process improvement
• Project management lifecycle skills from the business or technology side
• Commitment to quality and on-schedule delivery; proven ability to establish and meet milestones and deadlines
• Customer-focused mentality to understand and appropriately respond to customers' business needs
• Knowledge on operational software/programs such as SAP, Salesforce, Avaloq, Multifonds, Temenos, Oracle
• English is mandatory with other languages being an additional bonus
• Hold valid authorisation to work within Luxembourg
