Function information

Your Responsibilities

You will join a team of professionals based in different European locations. You will mainly be responsible for identifying, researching, analysing, advising, commenting on and monitoring regulatory issues related to sales and marketing materials generated by various business units within the company.

Some of the responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:

• Reviews and identifies potential regulatory issues relating to sales and marketing materials generated by multiple business units. Presents business unit associates with the results of reviews and recommended actions
• Provides direction and acts as a subject matter expert for the business units in helping to ensure their compliance with regulatory requirements
• Responds to regulatory inquiries from business units relating to sales and marketing activities
• Contributes to the creation of internal manuals, policies and procedures

Requirements

Your Profile

• Degree in Business/ Finance/ Marketing / Compliance
• You have experience working in an Asset Management / Investment Firm
• Knowledge of European regulations (MiFID and UCITS)
• Fluency in both written and spoken ENGLISH and ITALIAN is a must.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to communicate at all levels in/outside of the company
• You are accurate and pay attention to detail
