As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the reporting activities as well as the budgeting and forecasting analyses of the different legal entities. You will collaborate with other departments and with external auditors to provide financial models. In this position, you will directly report to the Finance Director.

Function information

Your Responsibilities

• Overseeing monthly reporting for different legal entities
• Preparing the budget, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Coordinating and controlling the reporting activities in line with the closing periods
• Analysing financial models for strategic planning and decision-making process
• Contributing to external reporting by issuing financial statements and analysis
• Assisting the manager on tax regulation, tax optimisation, and statutory accounts to assess performance
• Providing financial business support to cross functions in order to improve operations
• Supporting short and long-term projects
• Liaising with external auditors

Requirements

Your Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position in the field of controlling within the industrial sector
• Management experience is a must
• Fluency in English is required with ideally an intermediate level of French. Additional languages will be considered as a plus
• Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office software
• Ability to inspire and drive a team
• Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
• Autonomous yet a strong team player
• Ability to provide adequate solutions
• Creative and openminded: ability to provide fresh perspectives
