This is a unique opportunity to join a large multinational company to reinforce their Financial Reporting team. You will oversee the reporting activities as well as the reconciliation processes of the Group. You will also be responsible for the monthly consolidated financial statements under IFRS and be in a position where you will interact with various teams such as Tax and Treasury. You will be directly reporting to the Team Leader of the Financial Reporting team

Function information

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting internal and external financial reporting activities
• Preparing monthly consolidated financial statements under IFRS
• Managing the entire reconciliation process of the different entities in the Group
• Posting standard journal entries in the SAP consolidation system
• Closely working and coordinating with the Tax department on complicated tax accounting processes
• Coordinating with different departments on issues regarding closing activities and offering solutions
• Performing analysis on financial results and interacting with different finance functions to verify numbers
• Proposing, developing and implementing new processes on financial accounting and reporting to reinforce the Group’s financial framework

Requirements

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent with qualification in CA, CPA or ACCA
• Around 5 years of experience in a similar position from a Big 4 or industrial/commercial company
• Knowledge of financial reporting analysis and consolidation processes
• Experience in tax accounting would be a plus
• Solid knowledge in IFRS and SAP, especially the BPC software
• Fluency in English required. Any additional languages would be considered as a bonus
• Good communication skills with the ability to guide and propose solutions
• Ability to work independently from the team
• Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
