Introduction

This is a unique opportunity to join this investment management company based in Luxembourg and act as their conducting officer.

Working closely with another conducting officer in charge of the development of the Luxembourg entity, you will be working closely with a team of portfolio and risk managers.

Function information

Your Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the founder of the group, you will be the person of contact for the CSSF, the external auditors and the other entity based in Europe
• You will be responsible for ensuring the company is compliant and train when necessary the staff on new regulations
• You will collect all the risk reports to analyse them and inform the board with regular updates
• You will be required to clearly manage and monitor the activities outsourced to professionals based in Luxembourg

Requirements

Your Profile

• Master Degree in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of 10-year experience – ideally financial audit completed with a risk management in-house role
• Autonomous and dynamic, hands on approach and ability to multitask
• Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
• Rigorous and detail oriented, flexible, team spirit
• Strong oral and written communication skills (French and English are required)
