On the 4th of May, we were delighted to welcome the 10 candidates selected for the CEO1 Month Luxembourg program. The selected candidate shall have the opportunity to work with the CEO of The Adecco Group Luxembourg, Fabrice Ponce.
This is a global program organised by The Adecco Group which offers the finally selected candidate, from locations around the world, the opportunity to work under the direct supervision and mentorship of Alain Dehaze, CEO of The Adecco Group.

Let’s talk about the half day at Badenoch & Clark…
First step: Get to know each other
• Breakfast and Group presentation where each candidate presented their role, background and passions.
Second step: Let’s play a little bit
• Group Role Play highlighting different topics such as leadership, communication, complex solving and resilience.
Third step: Let’s run for charity – W4Y – Win4Youth
• We had a run or walk together (consultants and candidates) for 30 minutes in the forest close to the “cloche d’or” in Luxembourg. The main objective was to contribute kms donations towards to the organisation of Win4youth.
