Andrew started his career with Badenoch & Clark (UK) in 2004 where he built his expertise in the areas of accountancy and finance. In 2007, Andrew had the opportunity to transfer to the Brussels office, where he continued to recruit for the financial services market. Andrew then moved to Luxembourg in 2008, where he has become an expert recruiting mainly for the real estate, trust and private equity sector. With this knowledge, Andrew has become trusted advisor for his clients enabling him to provide the best advice and support. He is now responsible for all operational aspects of the Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg office and manages all consultants in the Financial Services, Commerce & Industry and Legal teams.

David is responsible for developing the Badenoch & Clark Executive Recruitment & Search division in Luxembourg.

Before he has been the Country Manager for an international finance recruitment firm in Luxembourg for which he has worked for five years. In this period he has gained an expert knowledge of the Luxembourg recruitment market in finance, tax & legal. David has an education in commercial banking in Germany followed by university studies in International Business Administration in Germany and abroad. He has worked for five years in Strategy / Marketing & Sales Consulting in Frankfurt (Germany) before obtaining his MBA in Brussels (Belgium).

His broad and international experience has enabled him to develop a thorough understanding of today's executive recruitment needs and requirements within the Luxembourg market. Being a certified Business Coach has further contributed to his competence in effectively advising executives in their career decisions.

Annie was born in Brussels and after having completed her studies in business management, she joined an international recruitment firm where she was trained on the activities of permanent recruitment and headhunting during five years. She moved to Luxembourg when she met her husband and worked for a year in temporary recruitment for banking and financial services. Then, she was offered by Badenoch & Clark to participate in the launch of their activities outside of the UK, joining the newly created Luxembourg office.

She has built over 18 years of experience in recruitment, 13 of which are in the banking and investment industry in Luxembourg. With a solid network, a real expertise in career management and recruitment matched with market and business knowledge, she is very much appreciated by the professionals she deals with.

Angela is our Head of Candidate Services. This is a unique role to the Luxembourg recruitment market and what sets us apart from our competitors - we can deliver a truly unique ‘before, during and after’ touch program, where our candidates will experience more and value the difference.

Angela left Aberdeen, Scotland in 2001 to have an international experience. After working in the Luxembourg Insurance Market, she had the opportunity to join a worldwide investment management company where she gained her knowledge on the local funds market.

In 2006, she had the opportunity to use this knowledge and experience to re-orientate her career and work as a recruitment consultant across these areas.
