Andrew started his career with Badenoch & Clark (UK) in 2004 where he built his expertise in the areas of accountancy and finance. In 2007, Andrew had the opportunity to transfer to the Brussels office, where he continued to recruit for the financial services market. Andrew then moved to Luxembourg in 2008, where he has become an expert recruiting mainly for the real estate, trust and private equity sector. With this knowledge, Andrew has become trusted advisor for his clients enabling him to provide the best advice and support. He is now responsible for all operational aspects of the Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg office and manages all consultants in the Financial Services, Commerce & Industry and Legal teams.

Andrew is English and lives in Luxembourg. He is active in participating to various networking events and is well connected on local market. Andrew enjoys sports, travelling and networking.

David is responsible for developing the Badenoch & Clark Executive Recruitment & Search division in Luxembourg.

Before he has been the Country Manager for an international finance recruitment firm in Luxembourg for which he has worked for five years. In this period he has gained an expert knowledge of the Luxembourg recruitment market in finance, tax & legal. David has an education in commercial banking in Germany followed by university studies in International Business Administration in Germany and abroad. He has worked for five years in Strategy / Marketing & Sales Consulting in Frankfurt (Germany) before obtaining his MBA in Brussels (Belgium).

His broad and international experience has enabled him to develop a thorough understanding of today's executive recruitment needs and requirements within the Luxembourg market. Being a certified Business Coach has further contributed to his competence in effectively advising executives in their career decisions.

David speaks fluently German, English and Spanish with a proficient level of French and has a passion for connecting people, travelling and all sorts of outdoor sports. Moreover he is engaged in various international charity projects.

Annie is a Manager at Badenoch & Clark and dedicates herself to the banking and financial services industry in Luxembourg.

Annie was born in Brussels and after having completed her studies in business management, she joined an international recruitment firm where she was trained on the activities of permanent recruitment and headhunting during five years. She moved to Luxembourg when she met her husband and worked for a year in temporary recruitment for banking and financial services. Then, she was offered by Badenoch & Clark to participate in the launch of their activities outside of the UK, joining the newly created Luxembourg office.

She has built over 18 years of experience in recruitment, 13 of which are in the banking and investment industry in Luxembourg. With a solid network, a real expertise in career management and recruitment matched with market and business knowledge, she is very much appreciated by the professionals she deals with.

Annie is fluent in French and English with a proficient level of German and the ability to communicate in Dutch and Spanish.

A mother of 3, she enjoys gardening and cooking, long walks and travelling.

Angela is our Head of Candidate Services. This is a unique role to the Luxembourg recruitment market and what sets us apart from our competitors - we can deliver a truly unique ‘before, during and after’ touch program, where our candidates will experience more and value the difference.

Angela left Aberdeen, Scotland in 2001 to have an international experience. After working in the Luxembourg Insurance Market, she had the opportunity to join a worldwide investment management company where she gained her knowledge on the local funds market.

In 2006, she had the opportunity to use this knowledge and experience to re-orientate her career and work as a recruitment consultant across these areas. Angela has a strong sense of client service and a passion and talent for working with people. Her commitment to go the extra mile, tailored with her personal and empathic approach make her a trustworthy advisor.

Michael is a Senior Consultant and an expert in executive and professional recruitment with a focus on Private Banking, Asset Management and Law Firms.

After successfully completing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration at the University of York - Canada, Michael began his career in Marketing and Sales. He initially specialised in the Fintech and Banking sector before progressing to work as an Investment Advisor for an International investment fund.

He began his successful career in recruitment seven years ago with a Swiss headhunting firm, where he specialised in the search for Executives in Private Banking and Asset Management for the most renowned players in European Wealth Management.

Michael speaks Serbian (Croatian, Bosnian), English and has basic knowledge in German and Russian, which he would like to develop further. As a very active and extrovert person, he has a passion for sport, music, IT, humanitarian commitment as well as getting to know new people.

Valerie is a Manager specialised in real estate, private equity and asset management.

Valerie joined the financial services team of Badenoch & Clark in 2011. Her main focus is the recruitment of Accounting, Legal and Financial profiles for the Real Estate, Private Equity and Asset Management sectors in Luxembourg.

Prior to this experience, Valerie completed a Master's degree in Foreign Languages and Business Administration in France in 2009. Valerie directly started her career in recruitment as a research assistant within an international finance recruitment firm in Luxembourg conducting extensive direct search missions and where she was promoted to recruitment consultant.

Valerie has a solid expertise in sourcing the best candidates and supporting them in their search of career opportunities. Valerie speaks French, English with some good knowledge of German and is passionate about travelling.

Anne-Sophie started her career in the Luxembourg recruitment business in 2007 after relocating back to the region after an experience in Mexico. She started assisting the team with office and administrative tasks and was quickly recognised as having the talent and commitment to become a recruitment consultant.

After completing her Master’s in Germanic philology, Aude started her external recruitment career in Brussels in 2003. She gained 3 years of experience in recruiting IT and medical profiles, before relocating to Luxembourg in 2006.

Aude worked for 5 years in an international recruitment company in Luxembourg, prior to joining the Badenoch and Clark team in 2011. She is part of the Financial Services team, with a specialisation in Domiciliation services. Aude is appreciated for her positive attitude and enthusiasm. Saskia obtained a Bachelor Degree in Tourism Management in the Netherlands and started her career in a well-known temporary recruitment agency in Amsterdam. Saskia has experience as a senior researcher at an international executive search company in the UK where she worked on several international assignments.

Having arrived in the region, Saskia joined the group in 2006, where she is responsible for recruiting profiles in the financial and insurance sector. Saskia has gained extensive experience recruiting for the Luxembourg market and therefore has a very good insight on the local banking and financial services job market.

Mina Fujihara is a Consultant for financial profiles within the Commercial and Industrial sector.

After graduating from university Mina started her career in Japan at a reputable recruitment firm where she specialised in recruiting bilingual finance and accounting professionals for multinational corporations in Tokyo. During her time there, she developed her knowledge in financial profiles and successfully built solid relationships with candidates and clients. Having been brought up in Japan, Mina decided to take a big step and move overseas so that she could experience living and working in a different country.

Being half English and Japanese, she is fluent in both languages and is currently working hard on improving her Spanish and French. She is a creative individual and has a great passion for singing and designing.

After successfully obtaining her Master’s Degree in English Studies from the University of Warsaw, she relocated to Luxembourg in 2007 to pursue her career in recruitment within the Adecco Group. Agnieszka has now gained 7 years of experience, initially recruiting professional service support staff within Ajilon Recruitment, before transferring internally to Badenoch & Clark in 2010.

Having already built a strong network and expertise in the field of domiciliation and financial services allows her to understand the requirements and expectations of both clients and candidates. Agnieszka is appreciated for her ability of juggling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously as well as for prioritising her efforts to ensure that clients’ goals are met.

Elvis Kisekka is a Consultant for the IT & Fintech sector.

After graduating from University in the UK with a Dual Honors in Human Resource Management and Business Management, Elvis began his career in Uganda at a reputable E-commerce startup where he began as a sales associate and quickly rose to the head of sales position.

During his time there, he developed his knowledge and skills in the startup industry and successfully helped build the company to greater heights. Prior to moving to Luxembourg he was the Head of HR in a civil engineering company with operations around the East African region. Having been brought up in Uganda and studied and lived in a couple of countries, he is a dynamic and multicultural individual taking another step in his life by settling in Luxembourg.

In 2012 he joined Ajilon and developed the Engineering and construction sector and became part of the Badenoch & Clark brand in January 2017 when all the permanent recruitment was merged.

She then had the opportunity to work in Luxembourg as a receptionist for a financial services company where she has developed her knowledge and understanding in the Luxembourgish finance world. At the same time, Charlotte expanded her communication and people skills.

After graduating in Tourism, Aline had her first working experience as a receptionist in a bank where she has developed her people and communications skills. At the same time, Aline started a training in Human Resources to further develop her skill set and also to have access to new opportunities.

Aline is Belgian and has lived and studied in Canada and in the Netherlands and speaks fluently French and English

Stephanie was born in Brussels and after having worked several years in the tourism sector as Area Sales Manager, she moved to Luxembourg and took that opportunity to reorient her career to the recruitment business. She has now built over 11 years of experience in recruitment in Luxembourg, 8 of which were in the banking and investment industry in Luxembourg and since 3 years, she has developped the Engineering, HR, Sales & Marketing, Office and IT sectors together with her team.

She worked both in-house and in recruitment agencies and has acquired a strong expertise in staffing solutions and a comprehensive knowledge of the Luxembourgish labour market.
